The object shown is a sample of a custom quality control - fabrication fixture. This adjustable fixture is a small component of a large set used in a production brazing facility.

Engineering Design and Analysis

The bumpers shown were provided to a customer evaluating various options for upcoming model changes.  We provided choices of options for cut out, raised, and inset lettering.

Product Development 

This project allowed the customer to produce a durable custom  molded rubber meter housing which can be modified for specific meter applications.

Prototypes

Our efforts with KwikLift, Inc. allowed them to enter the market with a cost effective, light weight, portable, automotive ramp.
